REFUNDS

A full refund will be considered up until teams have been formed. After team formations have been completed, a pro-rated refund (less association prepaid fees) will be considered if a doctor determines that illness or injury prevents the athlete from continuing to play for the remainder of the season. In this case, a doctors note must be provided. Any refund is subject to Board approval.
